We’re delighted to share some wonderful news. Winter sports aren’t especially popular in Ireland, and people who ski or snowboard at European resorts usually rent their gear. Even so, our supporters in Ireland have donated four snowboards and a pair of skis to Open New Ukraine.
Our heartfelt thanks go to Sean Cantwell and his family, Eamon Cunningham and Dara Brooks for this equipment. They are also helping to spread our mission among people in Dublin and the surrounding area.
Unfortunately, the snowboards we receive, in Ukraine and in Ireland alike, usually come without snowboard boots, which wear out much faster than the boards and bindings. Still, what matters most is that people support our cause and believe in its success.
Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!
